  We recently had a flood and wasn't sure where to start! Then Thompson Valley DKI staff came to our rescue. With in minutes of them arriving, they took over. There commitment to dealing with every aspect of our situation was evident right from the beginning to end. The empathy they displayed was beyond excellent from introducing us to each and every one of the staff members by name and what exact duties they were to perform. They took care of our home with the utmost respect. They all worked as a team as was very evident. The Project Managers Jeff and Desi were extremely professional in every way. As was Donna in the office taking care of all our insurance needs. All the staff were excellent. Had we not been looked after so well at our time of need, our flood situation would have been a disaster. In our opinion they are by far the best in town....and beyond...and we highly recommend.
